The Run this year will involve 104 marshals, 40 organising the finish in Kenilworth Castle, with the Guides manning water stations and the Scouts providing general help. The St John Ambulance will have 2 ambulances and accompanying paramedics. There are 200 crowd control barriers, 4 buses to ferry runners back to Warwick, 3 large vans to transport kit, 10,000 printed sheets for the runners applications and instructions on the day, 400 letters to residents affected by road closures around the castle. With the help of many other local organisations and the police, Kenilworth Rotary is able to stage an event which last year raised in excess of £50,000 for charity.
