The twenty eighth Two Castles Run took place on Sunday June 6th 2010, from within the main gates of Warwick Castle, at 9.00 am, ending in Kenilworth Castle through the main entrance for the first time.

The race entry was closed with 3,000 entries on February 28th.

The Run in 2010 began through the front gates of Warwick Castle at 9am precisely.

Meanwhile, in Kenilworth, the final route had been laid out over the tiltyard to finish through the Kenilworth Castle main entrance for the first time.

Winner Philip Gould arrived at 9.35 am.

and the first female runner home, 35 year old Sue Harrison arrived with the fastest males at 9.36 am.

Soon the runners were streaming through the Castle gates.

as thousands of runners arrived.

The finish inside the castle was along the main path, surrounded on both sides by supporters.

After the run, the runners collected their T-shirts and medals as a trophy for their achievement.
